All products have a 30 day return policy unless otherwise marked. The return policy for each item will be on the Additional Info tab under the description.
To return a product you must first request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. To request an RMA number email email@example.com & type in subject line "My Returns". This will alert our returns department that you have a return and they will respond within 1-2 business days with an RMA number and return information.
Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, media, cables, chargers etc.
We will not be responsible for return shipping charges/labels unless you opted into "Returns Protection" when you purchased the product at checkout.
Returns may take up to 30 days depending on warehouse. Our warehouses process returns in 1-2 weeks.
Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment.
Types of returns and resolutions
Unwanted - A restocking fee may apply depending on the product. If a restocking fee is charged by us we will alert you once you put through a return request.
Defective - No restocking fee will be charged and you will have the option of refund or replacement depending on your request.
Damaged - No restocking fee, damages must be reported within 7 days of package delivery and we will initiate a damage claim with the carrier.
Missing Part(s) - In most cases we will try to get the warehouse to send the missing part(s), if this is not an option it will be treated as a not as described return.
Not as Described - If a product arrives not as described you will not be charged a restocking fee. We will review the circumstances on a case by case basis and either replace the item or have it returned for a refund.
